trevor welcomed me warmly and provided clear guidance about the hotel. he ensured i understood the security system and available amenities. the location offers superb views, and the provided breakfasts were really good. the villa felt okay all time and secure for a solo female traveler. i appreciated the attention to detail and cleanliness.
the check-in process was unexpectedly lengthy because of detailed instructions, especially after traveling. i think a shorter guide would be more appropriate.

the studio apartment had a calming space. it included ample fresh ingredients and snacks. the patio offered a amazing view coupled with sunbeds and a plunge pool.
the host refused to store my luggage before my flight. this caused me inconvenience given the early check out. there were no other employees available to assist.
